Account Deletion Policy
Property Owner Account Deletion
When a Property Owner requests to delete their account, the deletion request is first sent to the administrator for review. The Property Owner can continue using the website/app until the administrator confirms the deletion request. Once the administrator approves the request, the Property Owner's account will be permanently deleted.
Service Provider Account Deletion
When a Service Provider requests to delete their account, the deletion request is first sent to the administrator for review. The Service Provider can continue using the website/app until the administrator confirms the deletion request. Once the administrator approves the request, the Service Provider's account will be permanently deleted.
Tenant Account Deletion
Self-Initiated Deletion: When a Tenant requests to delete their own account, the deletion request is first sent to the Property Owner. The Tenant account will be deleted only after the Property Owner accepts the deletion request.
Property Owner Initiated Deletion: The Property Owner can directly delete a Tenant's account at any time.
Property Deletion: If the Property Owner deletes a property, all associated Tenant accounts linked to that property will also be deleted.
Employee Account Deletion
Self-Initiated Deletion: When an Employee requests to delete their own account, the deletion request is first sent to the Service Provider. The Employee account will be deleted only after the Service Provider accepts the deletion request.
Service Provider Initiated Deletion: The Service Provider can directly delete an Employee's account at any time.
General Information
All account deletion requests are processed according to the respective approval workflows outlined above. Users will be able to continue using their accounts until the deletion is confirmed by the authorized party (Administrator, Property Owner, or Service Provider, depending on the account type).
